After a long period of closure caused by the bradyseismic events of the ’70s and ’80s, the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie has finally reopened its doors to the faithful and visitors. With its splendid neoclassical architectural and decorative layout, the building provided an excellent opportunity for a lighting renovation aimed at enhancing the grandeur of the spaces and restoring their ancient majesty.
To achieve this goal, a comprehensive lighting approach was adopted, involving both architectural details and surrounding spaces. The ceilings, with their imposing vaults, have been enhanced through the use of miniaturized linear elements, the Longitudinal, which allow for uniform light distribution along the surfaces, while highlighting the decorative details and frescoes present.
Regarding the wall and walkway spaces, a more dynamic approach was adopted, using high-efficiency and versatile projectors with a power range between 30 and 40 watts. These projectors,
