Cecchini’s modular sculptures, made of steel and aluminum, offer a reflection on the concepts of interaction between the modules and the surrounding environment. The artist, exploring the fusion of nature, science, and art, breaks with traditional geometries and presents works that seem to expand and change in harmony with the unique spaces of Ca’ Rezzonico.
The exhibition engages with the magnificent frescoed ceilings of the palace, creating an intriguing correspondence between the desire to break the “architectural cage” of Venetian Baroque and Cecchini’s contemporary approach.
