Rimani has created a remarkable lighting project for the entrance hall of the Ragionieri Institute, a physiotherapy and health center based in Sesto Fiorentino. This intervention aimed to transform the reception area into a space that is not only functional but also aesthetically engaging, creating a visual experience capable of conveying harmony and well-being.
The central element of the project is a decorative luminous structure, custom-made, that utilizes the reflective properties of mirrored stainless steel. A thin sheet of this material reflects twenty linear luminous elements, creating a very evocative light effect. The light beams, projecting onto the mirrored surface, reflect upwards and beyond the ceiling, amplifying the perception of space and giving the hall a dynamic and light atmosphere.
Completing the composition, a luminous ellipse encircles the entire fixture, softening the edges and providing a sense of continuity and fluidity to the installation. This diffused light not only visually defines the space but also helps create a welcoming and relaxing environment, in line with the mission of the Ragionieri Institute, which places the physical and mental well-being of its guests at the center of its activities.
